  1. The power of music

It was six a clock in the morning. Me and L were dancing in front of the stage, completely covered with mud. From head to toe. Her pink slippers and my pink cap were brown. Our make up was smudged and our hair was messy.
And the sun was rising. It had gotten a little bit colder at some point. But now it was going to get warm again. It was going to be a beautiful hot summer day.
And music flew to the sky like flocks and flocks of birds. And we were just dancing. And everybody around us was dancing. And the DJ closed his eyes, moving to the beat. And we were naked and pure, under the open sky. There was just music. Heavenly music. And we. Children of this world. Dancing. Naked and dirty.
It was one of those moments I'll never forget. And its amazing how so many people love that early morning after a festival too. It's somehow like the best part. You've been dancing for 17 hours in a row. You've drank and drank and drank. You're wearing necklaces and bracelets which glow in the dark. They dont work anymore but you're still wearing them. You have absolutely no voice. So you're just quiet and smile. You don't hear very well because the constant buzzzzz sound behind your eardrums. But everything inside you is pure and happy and glowing like your necklace 10 hours ago. You're supposed be very tired, but you're not. You're flying. Flying with the music. To the sky.
    You and all the birds.

It is a beautiful day. And we are together. Because together we have power.

Orpheus was the greatest poet who ever lived. His music was so beautiful that when he played rivers would stop flowing, winds would stop blowing, and the skies would open up so his wondrous melodies could be heard by the gods in heaven. One day, his wife Eurydice was bitten to death by vipers. Over come with grief, Orpheus played heart breaking songs on his lyre. The gods were moved, and so advised Orpheus to travel to the land of the dead and sing his songs to Hades to bargain for his wife. So of course, Hades heart was softened. And he allowed Eurydice to leave on one condition, that Orpheus would walk in front and never look back..
